500g dark chocolate
500g unsalted butter
600g caster sugar
160g chocolate powder (drinking chocolate is
130g plain flour
2 tbsp baking powder
8 whole eggs
400ml sour cream
Pre-heat oven to 180c, line a rectangle baking tray with baking paper and spray.
Melt dark chocolate and butter together.
Sift chocolate powder, flour, baking powder together then add sugar.
Beat eggs and sour cream together.
Combine all ingredients. If you're feeling adventurous, now is the time to add fun nuts like macadamias or hazelnuts, iwth a pinch of salt.
Bake at 180c for 1 hour. Yield is 20-24 pieces
