Keto Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
2/3 cup ground psyllium husk powder
2 1/2 cups almond meal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
2 cup boiling water
3 tbp cider vinegar
6 egg whites
Milk for brushing

Method:
- Mix almond meal, psyllium and baking powder until combined.
- add vinegar to egg whites and mix into dry ingredients.
- add 2 cups boiling water, careful not to over mix.
- roll into balls and brush with milk.
- bake for about an hour or until they sound hollow when you tap the bottom.

Perfect for freezing and having ready when you need.
